Our services are provided through a Telegram bot and associated web interface. You must have a valid Telegram account to use Dracarys Exchange.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using Dracarys Exchange, you represent that you meet this requirement.
